In addition to customized solutions, our customers and partners also expect security and contact persons they can rely on. For this reason, proper business organization is obligatory for us.

In this context, we have established a compliance management system that pursues the following objectives:

  • Permanent compliance with laws and regulations, regulatory requirements and generally recognized standards, as well as internal regulations.
  • Avoid liability, sanction and reputational risks.
  • Protect the interests of our customers, partners, employees and other stakeholders.

In order to prevent possible damage, violations in the organization must be detected as early as possible. This is the only way to take the necessary countermeasures in time.

Therefore, everyone has access to an internal reporting system through which infringements and non-compliances can be reported.

You should bear in mind that this system should not be used to present complaints related to the interests and rights legally recognized by your condition as policyholder, insured or beneficiary. To do so, you can contact our customer service department.
